Product line for glass industry

AVKO® JSC offers a special product line for glass industry. We supply our customers with horizontal tempering furnaces with Aramide ropes and tapes brands AVKOPACK® 1201 PD, AVKOPACK 1201® PDL, AVKOPACK® 25.
We deliver to hollow glass producers stainless steel ropes and tape AVKOPACK® 1802 and blend aramide/stainless steel ropes and sleeves AVKOPACK® 1208, used for pushers, bars, tongues, vacuum pads, etc.

Stainless steel parts with Laser welded Avkopack 1802

AVKO JSC is offering stainless steel spare parts for IS machines for hollow glass industry. We manufacture soft rope, made from fine stainless steel fibers, and is used as contact material at hot-end glass equipment – pushers, stacker bars, ware transfer, take out, tongues, etc. Soft material is preventing damages of hot glass products and guarantee long continuous work life of equipment. Soft rope is laser welded to stainless steel support for easy installation and reliable work.

AVKOPACK® 1201 PD

100 % pure virgin braided aramide ropes with square or rectangular section. It is used for rollers at horizontal tempering furnaces. We guarantee top quality, absolutely CLEAN product with strict dimensions with zero tolerance.

AVKOPACK® 1201 PDL

100 % pure knitted aramide ropes with square or rectangular section. It is used for rollers at horizontal tempering furnaces for producing of light or tin glasses. Very good relation between offered quality and price.

AVKOPACK® 1208

Rope with square, round or rectangular section, made from blend of aramide and stainless steel fibers. It is used for vacuum pads, tongues, pushers at hollow glass producing. More economically effective decision as alternative to stainless steel products.

AVKOPACK® 1802

100 % braided stainless steel ropes with square, round or rectangular section. It is used at pushers, moulds, bars, tongues, vacuum pads at producing of hollow glass like bottles, glasses, vases, etc. Material can be welded. We offer manufacturing of readymade details for our customers, incl laser welding.

AVKOPACK® 25

100 % pure weaved aramide tapes with rectangular section. It is used for rollers at horizontal tempering furnaces as alternative to ropes.
